-All non consumable/non claimable items, if still in their original sales state, can be exchanged according to the following conditions: -(
1) Only the original brand and packaging can be used, and the packaging must still be in a sealed state,
(2) No loss or damage to any components on the goods,
(3) The returned goods are in good condition, without any traces of use or fading,
(4) And comply with the following terms:-
(a) Present the original receipt or invoice, and (b) conduct a one-on-one exchange within 7 days after the invoice or receipt. Not applicable to consumable/consumable accessories.
-We reserve the right to grant exchange claims at our discretion. Refund Claim - The goods sold are strictly non refundable unless they meet the following conditions: - (1) within 7 days from the purchase date specified/indicated in the sales receipt or invoice, and/or (2) we are unable to supply the specified goods in accordance with the sales confirmation. (3) The return is in good condition, without any signs of use or fading. (4) Present the original receipt or invoice,
-Global/overseas sales are strictly non refundable.
-For any eligible claims, we reserve the right to refund a portion or the original amount based on the return situation.
