-Our limited warranty only covers the correction of material and workmanship defects.
-Our warranty does not cover any additional hardware, peripheral devices, consumables, software, accessories, or any additional items that come with the host.
-Except for the products specified in the "non claimable" section, all products are subject to warranty claims within 30 days. (The warranty period includes public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
-Any extended warranty period exceeding 30 days will be indicated on the official invoice or receipt issued by our company.
-Claims that meet the following conditions will not be accepted or rejected:-
(1) Failure to present the original invoice or receipt,
(2) Dismantling of goods in case of possible malfunction caused by the user,
(3) No claims shall be made for worn parts,
(4) Incorrect connection or use that may be caused by the user,
(5) We will not process or file any claims through phone or email. (Mainly for local sales)
-We reserve the right to exchange, refund, or repair any warranty claims at our discretion.
-Unless otherwise specified, the warranty is limited to the main working parts, and the casing and any worn parts have no right to make warranty claims.
-If the non claimable goods have defects, a one-on-one exchange will be carried out within 30 days after the invoice or receipt. For example, power AC to DC adapter, power DC to DC converter, DC to AC inverter, etc. Not applicable to cables, connectors, any components, adapter plugs, and computer accessories.
